    I highly recommend Dr. Luo as a surgeon. He strikes me as an energetic and concerned perfectionist which are traits that I appreciate (and give me ease) in my doctor. I required surgery after suffering from a complicated elbow injury. Dr. Luo patiently explained my options and walked me through the experience of my first surgery. I'm delighted to say I've had an exceptional recovery and I couldn't ask for anything else. What completes the package is his staff who are all extremely responsive and sympathetic, particularly Mandy who is a sweetheart.
