This was my first time seeing Dr. Lou. I have had pain in my hand for over a year and my job completely relies on the constant use of this hand. Dr. Lou knew immediately what was wrong with my hand and had amazing beside manner. He assured me that my condition was very treatable and was extremely kind hearted in how he spoke with me. Really excellent doctor and his team is quite fast. They had me done with x-rays and the appointment in under 20 minutes all without making me feel rushed. Highly recommend this doctor and his team so far.

I injured my biceps muscle in a freak accident yesterday and my PCP advised me to see an Orthopedic surgeon as soon as possible. A friend at work told me about Fondren Orthopedics and I was able to get an appointment with Dr Randy Luo for the next day. It was very efficient and thorough process. I was a last minute add on to the schedule so I packed a lunch in case there would be long wait; however it was fast. I was done with X-rays and saw the doctor within about an hour 1/2 and the friendly demeanor and great bedside manner was a common trait of everyone I encountered from check in to Dr Luo. I would recommend this practice whole heartedly to anyone.

Dr Randy Luo and his staff are great. Dr. Luo answered all my questions, let me know how I’m progressing and what to continue with took time with me. They are also quick to respond to questions submitted via their portal as well, esp if you forgot to ask something during your visit !
